FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please wear clothing that easily exposes the body part that we will be treating. I.e. if we are treating your legs, we suggest that you wear shorts. Ladies, if it is your upper back that we are treating, you do not need to wear a sports bra as this can actually restrict access to your upper back. A normal bra will be fine as this can easily be unfastened and refastened as required. Please note, despite our best efforts there may still be some massage oil residue still remaining after your treatment so we recommend that you wear clothing that you don't mind getting oil on, however it does wash out easily.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There is ample parking available outside of our building. There are only a few marked bays available so if parking outside of those, we just ask that you park considerably. It is free to park.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Sessions last between 45-60mins. Your first session will take 60mins as we have to complete a full assessment before treatment can start.
HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?
Our prices vary by location and session length. Please visit the book online page and select the location you'd like to book into to see our prices.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Simply visit our booking page, or contact us and we can book you in manually. Our booking page can be found here. Once you have booked an appointment, you will get a confirmation message. A reminder message will also be sent the day before your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rearrangements. Any appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full sessional charge. All missed appointment will also be charged the full sessional rate.
