Online Video Consultation
For clients who do not need hands on treatment, or live further afield, we offer consultations video video calling. During the session we still take a comprehensive assessment and create personalised rehabilitation programmes which are sent over to you by email after the session. 20 minute sessions cost £20.
DRY NEEDLING
Dry Needling is a form of medical acupuncture and is great for releasing trigger points and muscular tension.
SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY
A Sports Massage has many benefits including reducing muscle tension, aiding lymphatic drainage, reducing tension headaches and migraines, improving muscle tone, and can even reduce pain levels when taking part in activity. TAPING
There are many different types of tape we can use to help with injuries. From rigid tape for joint immobilisation, to kinesiology tape for increased proprioception, and dynamic tape for biomechanical changes, we've got the right tape for you.
INSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MOBILISATION (IASTM)
IASTM is a method of treatment that involves specially developed tools on tissues. You can use them for massage, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, and flushing out swelling.
Bethan is a certified RockDoc and uses RockBlades and RockPods in the clinic. This is a very effective treatment method and we promise they're not as bad as they look!
